About this web site

This web site was created by Chris Rogiers for the CeaRO Corporation. CeaRO Corporation was originally started as a consulting and contracting organization for the manufacturing industry. Currently we are preparing to add web and interactive multimedia design and development to our services and will eventually shift emphasis to that side of the business world. We intend to offer the latter services starting June 2010.

This is a web site under construction in its first phase of development. This phase consists of a demonstration project to show some of the terminology and tools available to the web developers. It may not make it possible to learn how to design your own web site from scratch, but certainly could help you when facing the web developers you want to build a web site for you.

The demonstration part of this web site does already have several functional elements in place:

  • navigation;
  • content, such as the paragraphs you are reading now;
  • user sign up, log in and log out;
  • blog/comment entry, administration and browsing (with or without search criteria).

We recommend using the Mozilla Firefox web browser with the Web Develop plug in. This plug in gives you a toolbar which allows you to see a lot of the code of any web site you visit. This way a demo site like this one makes a lot more sense.

But if you would rather see this page without the bells and whistles, just go here .

If you are intrigued by the 'Cloud eyeOS' (top right), yes, our CeaRO web site can let you have a look at Cloud computing. Use 'guest' as username and password to have a look around. Enjoy!

You are logged in with userName = anonymous

Not signing up and not logging in leaves you with username 'anonymous'. Nothing wrong with that, but it will make it difficult to find back your own content in blogs and comments and to leave your email address for us to answer individual questions you leave for us in the blogs or comments.
