Chris Rogiers is our main consultant and will be your first contact. He will be working directly with every client. This assures a consistent approach.

Associated consultants may get involved indirectly through Chris or directly if more resources are needed.

Chris himself will get support of a number of associates if and when needed and use that support when dealing himself with the client.

If the client needs the assistance of more resources, then Chris may be able to arrange direct support by his associates. In that case CeaRO will limit its role to general guidance and coordination.

Chris has been at the forefront of introducing new equipment, processes, systems and materials in the manufacturing industry in continental Europe, Latin America, Great Britain and North America. Throughout his career in the manufacturing world, Chris has made very good use of his other field of expertise, computers and programming, to support the industrial manufacturing work and management positions he held.

Chris has developed a wide set of additional expertise in fields that are essential for supporting the aforementioned work. This includes organizational systems as well as project systems.

Chris recognizes that there is no such thing as a technical issue without a people aspect and that there are only occasionally people issues without a technical aspect. That is why we developed people skills based programs such as 'Do You Care?' and 'The Score'.

Chris has extensive experience in working in unionized as well non unionized environments , including multi-ethnic workforces and multi-functional teams at all levels within organizations.

Gradually Chris has moved his main activities from the industrial world to the computing and programming world, including web and interactive multimedia development. Apart from extensive self study, Chris was trained at a Sheridan (Oakville) postgraduate course in interactive multimedia and web development (IMM).
